It's Time to Envision Port Aransas

The Port Aransas Tourism Bureau and Chamber of Commerce is creating the Envision Port Aransas plan to guide our strategy for a healthy Mustang Island economy through 2027. To make sure this plan represents the people who live, work, and own businesses here, it's important for as many voices to be heard as possible.

The public was invited to share their voice in three different ways:

  1. Take the Envision Port A survey. Whether you live year-round or part-time in Port Aransas or work or own a business here, this survey is for you.
  2. Attend the Port Aransas Tourism Summit to hear the outlook for 2024. This year's event is set for Friday, January 26, 2024, at the Port Aransas Civic Center. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m., breakfast will be served at 8 a.m., and the program will begin at 9 a.m. Tickets to the summit ($35 individual, $350 table for eight) can be purchased here.
  3. Attend a Community Forum. These 90-minute sessions are scheduled for 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6 and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Register for a session using the form below.

The community's involvement in creating and shaping the "Respect Our Island Home" campaign was why the Texas Association of CVBs gave Port Aransas the top award for Community/Local Engagement in its 2022 Destination Excellence Awards.

Your participation in that work was above and beyond what happens in many other places. We are excited to keep you updated on the Envision Port Aransas plan and how it will make a positive difference for the next three years.
