We collect your name, email, and zip code directly from you when you subscribe to receive communications from Visit Port Aransas or when you participate in voting contests on the Visit Port Aransas website. The Port Aransas Tourism Bureau & Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue your access to any owned social media platforms, at any time, without notice, and for any reason and at its sole and absolute discretion. The Port Aransas Tourism Bureau & Chamber of Commerce or its authorized agent may remove, delete block, filter, or restrict by any other means any materials on its social media platforms at its sole and absolute discretion. You agree that in the event the Port Aransas Tourism Bureau & Chamber of Commerce exercises any of these rights for any reason neither the organization nor its board members, employees, or volunteers will have any liability to you.
